Q2	How do I win?
A2	Just download the Fahrenheit full album “Love You More ( 越来越爱 )” via mobile or web! Be the first 1,500 th person to download their album in Penang and JB respectively to win one pair (2 tickets) to the showcase!

Q3	I’m interested! How do I start downloading Fahrenheit’s album?
A3	Very simple! Just access DiGi Music via web ( www.digi.com.my/music ) or WAP (SMS GET FRH to 2000 to receive a link), and download the Fahrenheit full album!

Q4	How much does it cost to download Fahrenheit’s full album?
A4	The pricing for the album is RM 9.90 only, for 11 tracks (normal price is RM 55.00).

Q5	So, how do I know if I won the showcase passes?
A5	The winners for the prizes will be notified via sms before 25 th May 2009 . The winner needs to reply the sms to confirm the showcase location. In the event winner does not respond to the sms, DiGi reserves the right to cancel the winner and forfeit the prize and the non-responded winners shall have no claims whatsoever against DiGi on the cancellation and the forfeiture.

Q6	I am so crazy over this showcase passes. If I download 10 full albums, can I get to win 10 pairs of passes?
A6	Unfortunately no. Each winner can get maximum 3 pair of passes based on the number of promotional album purchased. But hey, just tell your friends to download their own album. Pass it on!

Q7	Where do I get my showcase passes?
A7	We will be contacting you with further details on where to redeem your passes before the event.

Q8	I am Fahrenheit’s BIGGEST FAN! Any other chances for me to get up close and personal with Fahrenheit ?
A8	All downloads of Fahrenheit’s “Love You More” album entitles you to participate in a SMS trivia contest. Just answer the most questions regarding Fahrenheit correctly, you are able to meet and play a telematch game with Fahrenheit during the showcase. Only TWENTY (20) places available in Penang and JB respectively. Each SMS costs 50 sen per answer.

Q9	How to participate in SMS trivia contest?
A9	Just sms FRH to 2000 to initiate the contest, the system will send you the questions via sms.

Q10	Is there any other way for me to get these showcase passes?
A10	We will have very limited number of these showcase passes that will be given away when the subscriber reloads RM 30 to their DiGi line. Check out the promo site to get an update on where these showcase passes will be available in Penang and Johor Bharu.

Terms & Conditions

The Fahrenheit’s ‘Love You More’ contest commences at 12.01 a.m. on 28 April 2009 and runs untill 11.59pm on 22 May 2009 (the “Contest”) or any other duration specified by DiGi (“Contest Period”).

The Contest Eligibility:

	All DiGi postpaid and prepaid subscribers are eligible to participate in the Contest (“Participant/ Participants”) except permanent, contract and temporary employees of DiGi Telecommunications Sdn Bhd (201283-M) (“DiGi”).
	All entries must reach DiGi by 11.59pm , 22 May 2009 . Late entries will be disqualified.
	DiGi reserves the right to reject any entries at its sole and absolute discretion without having to assign any reasons whatsoever.

Contest Mechanics:

3.1

The Contest is divided into three parts which are:

(A)

Download of Fahrenheit’s ‘Love You More’ album (“the Album”)
The first 3000 participants (1500 in each respective location i.e. Penang and Johor Bahru) who have successfully downloaded the album, comprising of 11 full tracks at RM9.90, shall be entitled to get two (2) free passes each to attend the showcase at the respective location. One pass shall entitle the Participant to only one free access and the location shall be the location of the Participant’s choice that the Participant confirms via SMS to DiGi when prompted such query by DiGi.

One Participant shall only be entitled to receive passes from a maximum of three (3) Album downloads.

To download the Album, the Participant shall receive a WAP push after purchase. The Participant clicks to link and download the full track one by one.

The Participant shall perform the downloading within 24 hours from the receipt of WAP push as the download link will expire within such 24hours or after 3 retries (for each song). DiGi shall not be responsible for failure of the Participant to comply with this condition.

(B)

Opportunity to win passes by reloading RM30
For Participants using prepaid number, these Participants shall be entitled to win 2 free passes each to attend the showcase at the respective location provided the following conditions are met. One pass shall entitle the Participant to only one free access.

	The Participants reload a minimum of RM30 ;
	The reload is performed at a certain time and location, either in Penang or Johor Bahru, as notified by DiGi on its website;

(C)

Short Message Service (“SMS”) Contest
Participants can participate in an interactive SMS trivia by typing FHR and send to 2000. The system will then automatically generate the questions and send it directly to the Participants.
Each session shall have 5 questions (Answer in True/False). Each answer has to be sent back to 2000 and the Participants shall be charged RM0.50 per answer . Each question is 1 point. As such, the maximum scoring for correct answers for each session is 5 points.

The Participants can participate in as many sessions as they want in order to achieve the highest points. However, the Participant is required to complete each session within one hour from the time DiGi sends its first question to the Participant , otherwise, the Participant shall not acquire any points for that particular session. Accumulated points shall be carried forward and notified to the Participant at the completion of each session. For example, in a situation whereby in Session 1, Participants obtains 3 correct answers; Session 2, Participants obtain 4 correct answers, DiGi shall send a notice of accumulated points of 7 at the completion of Session 2.

The top 20 Participants with the highest score in the SMS Contest (for each location) shall have the opportunity to participate in a tele-match with Fahrenheit band members during the respective showcase provided they have downloaded the full Album from DiGi.

In the event that the allocated number of passes for this purposes has been taken up by other winners, DiGi reserves the right to offer to the respective winner in question other allocated passes in the other location. As such, DiGi shall not be liable in any way to the winner in the event that such offer is not accepted by the winner and the passes forfeited or for any cost or inconveniences suffered by the winner for accepting such offer.

Charges

4.1

The following sets out the prices of the downloads/SMS:

4.2

Normal SMS and GPRS charges apply to all DiGi services accessed through the SMS or WAP/GPRS/EDGE channels respectively.

Notification and selection of Contest Winners

5.1	The winners for the prizes will be notified by way of a SMS before 25 May 2009 . The winner is required to reply to the SMS to confirm his choice of showcase location. In the event the winner does not respond as such, or does not receive the notification SMS from DiGi, the winner shall have no claims whatsoever against DiGi on the cancellation and the forfeiture.

5.2	DiGi may at its sole discretion award any prize(s) forfeited for whatever reason(s), to the next contestant with the highest score in the SMS Contest.

5.3	All decisions by DiGi, including but not limited to the selection of winners and forfeiture of prizes, passes, are final.

5.4	The winners shall be informed of the location for the collection of the passes. In the event that the winner fails to collect the passes for whatever reason, DiGi shall forfeit such passes and the winner shall have no claims whatsoever against DiGi on the cancellation and the forfeiture.

Contest Prizes:

	The top 20 Participants with the highest score in the SMS Contest shall have the opportunity to participate in a tele-match with Fahrenheit band members during the respective showcase provided they have downloaded the full Album from DiGi.

All prizes/passes are not exchangeable and/or transferable.

All winners of the showcase passes will need to obtain parental consent to attend the showcase. In the event the winners fail to provide DiGi with the said parental/ guardian consent, DiGi reserves the right to cancel the winners’ name and to forfeit the prizes.

All other expenses (including transportation, meal allowance) and all other applicable ancillary expenses, unless specifically stated, are the sole responsibility of the Contest winner.

10.

DiGi shall not be responsible for incidents of virus attacks and/or any other malicious software infection to the subscribers’ mobile phones arising from the downloading of these contents. DiGi shall not be responsible for any incidents which occur during the showcase.

11.

DiGi does not warrant that the Contest shall be uninterruptible and/or error free.

12.

DiGi reserves the right to alter, cancel, terminate or suspend the Contest or a ny part thereof with or without any prior notice. For the avoidance of doubt, the alteration, cancellation, termination or suspension by DiGi of the Contest or any part thereof shall not entitled the Participant/winners to any claim or compensation against DiGi (in cash or in kind) for any and all loss or damage suffered or incurred by the Participants/winners as a direct or indirect result of the act of alteration, cancellation, termination or suspension.

13.

DiGi reserves the right at its absolute discretion to vary, delete or add to any of these Terms and Conditions from time to time without prior notice.

14.

DiGi reserves the sole and absolute right to reject a participation that is deemed ineligible for the Contest.

15.

DiGi reserves the sole and absolute right to substitute the prize with an item of equal value without giving any prior notice.

16.

The winners may be governed by a separate terms and conditions imposed by the organizer of Fahrenheit’s showcase.

17.

DiGi shall not be responsible or liable for any claims of loss or damage to property or any personal injury or loss of life resulting from or in connection with this Contest, the showcase or the prizes given under this Contest.

18.

DiGi shall not be responsible or liable to any and/ or all of the winners in the event the Fahrenheit’s showcase is postponed and/ or cancelled by the event organizer.

19.

Participant and winners hereby irrevocably agree and give consent to DiGi to use the information or publish any related matter to the entries including and not limited to the Participant and Winners’ names, interviews and photographs for current and future advertising and promotional purposes.

20.

DiGi reserves the right to withhold the prizes aforementioned at DiGi’s sole and absolute discretion should there be any fraud cases detected before the Prizes are given to the Winners.

21.

DiGi reserves the right to change the contest mechanics at DiGi’s sole discretion and without prior notice should the situation demands so.

22.

DiGi shall not be liable for any loss or damage (including without limitation loss of income, profits or goodwill, direct or indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, punitive or special damages of any party including third parties) howsoever arising whether in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise, in connection with the Contest, the showcase and/or the prizes, even if DiGi has been advised of the possibility of such damages in advance, and all such damages are expressly excluded.

23.

By participating in the Contest, the Participant agrees to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and DiGi’s decision is final and no correspondences shall be entertained.

24.

In the event of any discrepancies of these terms and conditions in other languages, the version in English shall prevail.

25.

All other terms and conditions governing the use of any of DiGi's mobile telecommunication services inter alia in relation to the utilization of the Contest shall apply herein mutatis mutandis.

Eligibility
1. ALL Fahrenheit Fan Club members are eligible to participate in this Promotion.
("Eligible Participants"). All Qualified Participants MUST HAVE SOLD 20
FAHRENHEIT’S FANTASY WORLD TOUR LIVE IN MALAYSIA
CONCERT TICKETS.
2. The following persons are NOT eligible to participate in this Promotion:
(a) Permanent and/or contract employees of Big Events Sdn Bhd and their
immediate family members

3. The Winning Participants will be the TOP FIVE (5) Eligible Participants with the
Highest Quantity Of Tickets sold throughout the Participation Period (Over and above
the 20 tickets to qualify)
4. The Winning Participants will be contacted by Organiser or its appointed
representatives via email or by phone. In the event Organiser or its representative is
unable to contact the Winning Participants or if there is no response from the email
sent, the Winning Participants will be deemed disqualified and the next Eligible
Participant will be contacted instead.
5. The following Prizes will be given out to EACH Winning Participants :

8. The following additional terms and conditions shall apply to the Prizes:
(a) All cost in respect of the transportation expenses, accommodations expenses as
well as any other expenses, in relation to the Prize shall be borne solely by the
Prize Winners;
(b) The Prize will be handed over to the Prize Winners at a date and location to be
stipulated by the Organiser;
(c) The Prizes are non-exchangeable for cash, credit or kind, whether in part or in
full.
9. In the event that the Prize are awarded to and received by persons who:
(a) are not Eligible Participants in the Promotion; and/or,
(b) have committed or are suspected of committing any fraudulent or wrongful acts
in relation to the transactions made thereof;
The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify such persons from participating in the
Promotion and/or from receiving the Prize.
Miscellaneous
10.The Organiser shall not be liable for any default in respect of the Promotion due to any
act of God, war, riot, strike, lockout, industrial action, fire, flood, drought, storm,
technical or system failures or any event beyond the reasonable control of the
Organiser.
11.The Organiser's decisions on all matters relating to the Promotion, including the
determination of Eligible Participants shall be final and binding and no further
correspondence or attempts to dispute such decisions will be entertained.
12.The Organiser reserves the right to cancel, terminate or suspend the Promotion
without any prior notice. For the avoidance of doubt, any cancellation, termination or
suspension by the Organiser of the Promotion shall not entitle the Eligible Participants
to any claim or compensation against the Organiser for any and all loss or damage
suffered of incurred by the Eligible Participant as a direct and indirect of the act of
cancellation, termination or suspension.
13.For the avoidance of doubt, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail over any
provisions or representations contained in any brochure or other promotional materials
advertising the Promotion.
14.The Organiser reserves the right at its absolute discretion to vary, delete or add to any
of these Terms and Conditions from time to time without prior notice.
15.To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event will the Organiser or any of its
officers, servants, employees, representatives and/or agents (including without
limitation, any third party service providers that the Organiser may engage for
purposes of the Promotion) be liable for any loss or damages (including without
limitation, loss of income, profits or goodwill or indirect, incidental, consequential,
exemplary, punitive or special damages of any party including third parties)
howsoever arising whether in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise in connection
with the Promotion, even if the Organiser has been advised of the possibility of such
damages in advance, and all such damages are expressly excluded.
16.By participating in the Promotion, Eligible Participants agree to be bound by these
Terms and Conditions and any decisions of the Organiser, and the Eligible
Participants hereby give their consent to and authorise the Organiser to disclose their
particulars to third party service providers engaged by the Organiser for the purposes
of this Promotion, if any. The Organiser warrants that the disclosure of such
particulars to any third party service providers, if any, shall be limited to the Eligible
Participants' name and telephone number and shall be used only in relation to and for
